We went to a different verizon store and they got our moto g5 plus to work with verizon. the solution was that after they did their changes, the old phone needed to be turned off, and the g5 plus needed to be rebooted.. Verizon has shunned the moto g series for a few generations, but it looks like that won't be the case this year. according to noted leaker evan blass, the moto g5 plus will be coming to verizon..
